Started the day bright eyed & bushy tailed with a list of jobs to do or as the title suggests solutions to resolve.
First job was a key snapped in a high security night latch lock. Was able to call round and extract the broken key however, keys don't usually break in locks for no reason & after some investigation it became apparent that a new lock cylinder with keys was required which got sorted swiftly & at a great price saving the customer over £50 in comparison to other quotes they'd received.
Next job
Customer needed garden shed mortice lock unlocked & replaced after losing the keys, Turned out to be a tricky fix this one due to the lock being a really old high security Chubb lock which are difficult to work with & replace. Anyway got the job done at a great price & left customer happy securing another 5***** star Google review.
